“Just like the usual introductory of every intern, I also started from nothing and now left DevKinetics with so much learnings. “As an intern at DevKinetics, I have realized that the business industry is not limited to marketing and sales. There is a part wherein, being knowledgeable about computer technology, in general, will be essential when dealing with a business. Skills such as web development when making landing pages for a marketing campaign, or integrating tracking code snippets in websites for campaign data analysis. They are necessary because taking advantage of technology in this day and age would ultimately make or break a business. DevKinetics made me recognize that side of building and managing a company, which is Digital Automations. The internship was an eye-opener for me as a Computer Engineering student. “Throughout my internship in Devkinetics, I've experienced a lot of things I wouldn't normally in a school environment. The company has provided me an opportunity to be a core part of a project and fulfill allotted tasks within a given time frame. Although it made me nervous the first time I was given a task because I might fail it and ruin the project timeline, our project team pulled through it at the end. Devkinetics also provide a lot of training resources and programming language courses I was interested in, which I studied in my days off and free time from school. My co-interns also were nice people that supported me when I was having a hard time on something. I learned a lot of things through first hand experiencing a project workflow with a real timeline.”
